Building Odessa, the city was constructed of stones quarried from the earth. The city consits of buildings and homes and under the earth there were formed, long corridors and mazes. After many years there are lot of stories, tales and legends existing about the Odessa catacombs. For example, during the Second World War, these underground labyrinths hid guerrillas.
Catacombs are an interest for the studies of history.
They are also know for spending a nice time inside. In the city of sunshine, noisy and bustle, it is worth descending into the catacombs - the fuss and noise disappears, the air temperature, regardless of the season or the time of day, is always one and the same, 15 degrees.
You can get inside through special designed entrances of a few museums, or through unmodified places.
The museums of the catacombs are fairly small areas, so we offer the same unmodified entrances.

Excursions:
1) 2,5 hours in the catacombs of wild systems located under the villages Usatovo and Nerubayske (on the pass road of the city). After you have the opportunity to look into the museum, located in the same area.

2) Night at the catacombs
Who wish to not only see, who want to feel the life under the ground after few hours walking in catacombs we will be sleep there. While we inside and do not understand is it day or night now, the weather, so it's worth even a short time to sleep - feels quite differently after.
